Why do i Need a Bitcoin address / Blockchain account

10 Things You Need To Do In Your 20s That Will Make Life Better in Your 30s

1. Figure out how to incorporate working out into your schedule.Life doesn’t get less busy, so you have to figure out how to make time for stuff that’s good for you. Not because you want to lose 20 pounds or become obscenely ripped, but because you want to feel better and when you work out, you feel better. It’s that simple.

2. Drink more water! No, more than that. The difference it makes in your skin, your body, and your mood is no freaking joke. Put in cut-up fruit if you have to, but just drink it already.

3. Try not giving a shit about your relationship status. Date around and have lots of sex. Or be single for long stretches of time. Enjoy this time to do whatever you want without stressing out about your relationship status or trying to find a husband. It’ll happen when it’s meant to and you’ll be so glad you didn’t spend all your time stressing about it. Stress is bad for your health.

 4. Read a newspaper every day, even if it’s online. Knowledge about the world gets built over time, and if you want to be a well-informed thirty something, you have to build that base now. And it doesn’t have to be painful; just read something every day about a topic that interests you.

 5. Take big career risks. Hate what you’re doing and want to try something else, but afraid you won’t make any money/don’t think you’ll get the job/have no idea what you’re doing? Who cares? Unless you have kids to feed, really jump off the cliff and go for what you want.

 6. Travel. Your back is still able to tolerate hostel beds and you should be fine eating $1 street kabobs for dinner, so you can travel on the cheap in ways that Olds just cannot anymore. Go places, and go alone at least once, because you might not get the chance again. Plus, when you get older and have $$$, you can go back to your favorite places and actually do it up right.

7. Come to terms with the fact that your life is not going to be what you imagined it to be when you were 20. It’ll probably be better overall and honestly, you probably ended up looking waycuter than you ever thought you would. So there’s that.

8. Figure out who you can truly count on to be there for you, and invest your time in those friendships. It’s fine to hang out with the one girl you party with constantly, but also hang out with the person who genuinely cares about you even when you’re feeling like garbage and have been crying a lot lately and you don’t know why, because they’ll be the ones who still care 10 years from now when you’re not going to clubs as often at all. Like, not even one-quarter as much.

 9. Learn how to cook (or marry someone who does). My plan is the latter, but even so, you can’t go through life eating microwavable meals and getting takeout. It’s not great for you financially or physically, so just take a simple cooking class, something to get you started. You can still microwave those Lean Cuisines and get takeout from your favorite Thai place sometimes, but at least if those aren’t options, you’re not clawing at the walls fearing starvation.

 10. Actually take care of your skin. That skin care routine you do every night isn’t bullshit, so don’t quit it. By using a regimen with good-for-you ingredients, you’re actually supporting your skin’s structure, so it doesn’t fall when you turn 30. Trust me, if you take care of your skin, you’ll look the best/youngest at your 15-year reunion when everyone else will look, um, not so much.

 you must have faith that you will ultimately reap some benefit from what you now know to be true. It is important to know what experiences to put your faith in. How to disagree without being disagreeable

These days, everywhere you look someone is fighting over something. Whether it's politics, parenting, religion or lifestyle choices, people feel the need to speak out. But why do people feel the need to express themselves negatively? We've lost the fine art of civil discourse in modern society. We live in a world where people think they must act contentiously or stay silent on the issues that matter most. However, if there was ever a time to have important discussions, now is that time.

1.There's a third course of action that is often overlooked. It's entirely possible to disagree with someone without becoming disagreeable. Unfortunately, we're really bad at doing just that. You don't have to act like a jerk to get your point across, but you do have to think about these considerations. Everyone is entitled to an informed opinion

 2.Many of us espouse the misguided notion that, if given the same facts, all people come to the same conclusions. That's both naive and reductive. Humans come from varying backgrounds, and we all have our own personality traits that shade our view of the world. We can learn the same information and still come to wildly different conclusions from our friends and neighbors.

3.Outside of moral absolutes, the truth is a relative thing. If we want people to acquiesce to our way of thinking, we need to stop acting like those who disagree with us are under-educated or misinformed. Don't assume someone is ignorant of the issues simply because they don't see things your way. It's impossible to act civil and condescending at the same time. Only informed opinions count

 4.Before you share your view on the world, ensure you're offering an informed opinion. One of the most powerful things you can learn is how much you do not know. No matter how brilliant we think we are, each of us has blind spots and gaps in our information. Before you assert your views, check that you are speaking within your area of study.

5.If you want others to take you seriously, you have to take yourself seriously first. It makes little sense to debate politics on social media if you haven't watched the news in six months. Likewise, you can't tell someone how to parent their child unless you are co-parenting right along with them. Understand the limitations of your viewpoint and your points of bias. Spouting off about something you don't understand is how arguments start. Focus on facts, not character

6.The second you attack someone's character, you have lost the argument. If you can't stay on point with facts and personal experiences, it's time to stay silent. It's never OK to disparage someone's good name, no matter how much you differ in your opinions. Tact is not dead, and you don't want to kill it. Besides, you can't convince someone to adopt your stance if they hate your guts. It just doesn't work that way.

7.Rise above personal attacks in public discourse, even online. It's tempting to say something negative about someone you can't see, but it's still not OK. Remember this important rule: never say something online that you wouldn't say face to face. Character assassination through social media is just as harmful as bullying in person. Agree to disagree

 8.The heart of public discourse is understanding, not winning. People are too diverse to ever agree completely on important issues, and even if they could, that would make a very boring world. Know when to step away and leave the conversation. If you push past the point of polite disagreement, you'll only make enemies, and enemies never agree, no matter how valid the arguments.

 9.Don't avoid people who challenge your beliefs, either. Some of the best relationships are with people who help us grow. Disagreement is not a good enough reason to blacklist someone from your life. If you can't act like adults and stay civil in your interactions, maybe it's time to look at your maturity level.

 10.Real adults know how to disagree with grace. You can stand up for yourself and your morals without sinking into arguing and name calling. Let's bring the civility back into the public sphere. There are too many important issues to waste our time squabbling with each other. We need informed, intelligent adults to lead us into the future.
